Sandpiper Dream. Second Row. Sleeps 13. Sandpiper Addition. Vacation at it’s best. This sprawling home is beautiful and offers five private bedrooms. It features an open and spacious living, dining and kitchen area and is very popular with large families and groups. There are four bedrooms up with two three-quarter Hollywood baths, and one bedroom down with a double bed, window unit air and one-half bath. Bedroom one has a queen bed; the second bedroom has two double beds; the third bedroom has a queen bed; the fourth is perfect for children with pyramid bunk (double bed on bottom and twin on top), cable TV, VCR and game table. The deck offers a covered area for protection and is complete with picnic tables, swings and chairs and covered entrance. Large patio area down with picnic table, outside shower and grill. Please, no pets and outdoor smoking only.

Directions to Sandpiper Dream: From Hwy. 87, turn into Sandpiper Addition, (by Cobb Real Estate). Go straight to beach front. Turn left on Trinidad. Fifth house on left. Name and address on house.
