One Step Closer. Second Row. Sleeps 14. Sandpiper Addition. This nearly new home is one of the finest vacation rentals on the Bolivar Peninsula. Open, bright, and spacious, it features five bedrooms, four and a half baths, lots of deck and patio space, great views and direct access to the beach. Gourmets will love its huge kitchen and dining area with two refrigerators, double ovens, and huge picture window framing the Gulf. Each of the four second level bedrooms have sliding glass door deck access for watching those beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunrises or simply enjoying the tropical ocean breeze. All five bedrooms have cable television and the great room has a big screen TV and stereo. The first bedroom has a double day bed and private bath, the second bedroom has twin beds and private bath, the third has twin beds, the fourth has a queen bed, and the fifth has a king bed with private bath and whirlpool tub. The second level landing features a double futon and one single folding cot. Laundry facilities are on the main level and there is an outside shower on the downstairs patio area. If you want the finest in vacation rentals, "One Step Closer" is the place to be.

From Hwy 87, turn into Sandpiper addition (The Cobb Real Estate office is on the
corner.) Go straight to the beachfront street and turn left. One
Step Closer is the seventh house on the left.
