Third Row.  Sleeps 12. Beaumont Drive Subdivision.  This nearly new beach house has it all:  Huge partially shaded deck, spacious living area, tons of parking space, and modern electronics featuring surround sound stereo/TV in the great room and TVs/VCRs in all the bedrooms.  Pelicans' Landing is elegantly furnished with splendid views of the Gulf from the front bedrooms, floor to ceiling windows in the great room, and the master bath's garden tub.  Sleeping arrangements in this three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath fine vacation home include one king in the master, two pyramid beds in the second bedroom, one full in the third, and two roll-a-way single cots.  The gourmet kitchen features a large capacity refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, all small appliances plus a separate utility room with a full size washer/dryer.  Easy pedestrian and golf cart access to the beach and just a stone's throw from Deja View and just down the street from Glad Tidings, One Step Closer, and Talk A 'Bot. 

Directions to Pelicans' Landing:   Turn onto Beaumont Drive (directly across highway 87 from Pat's Firestone.)  Pelicans' landing will be the third house on the left from the beach.  Name and address are on the house.
