Down There. Beach Front – Sleeps 10. Surfside Addition. One of the finest beachfront homes in beautiful Crystal Beach is now available for vacation rentals beginning Memorial Day weekend through August 13, 2006. This magnificent property is impeccably furnished and decorated to the hilt for both functionality and pleasure. Enjoy panoramic views from its enormous partially covered deck, or grilling and lounging on the ground level patio. For the gourmet, or casual cook, the kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators, convection oven, built-in microwave and counter-top range. All four bedrooms and the upstairs bedroom-den are furnished with satellite television, featuring a 36 inch TV in the den and 32 inch TV in the great room on the main level. The great room is also furnished with a premium stereo for audiophiles. Sleeping arrangements include two twins in BR 1, one queen in BR 2, one queen futon in the bedroom-den, one king and one queen bed in the two bedrooms on the main level, respectively. Three full baths, two half-baths, and five dressing areas. Both main level bedrooms have garden doors opening to the deck for easy access or for sleeping-in and enjoying those beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunrises. Responsible adults and their families only. No pets of any kind-- please don't ask.

towards beach. Turn left on Howell Street. When you get to the gates, "Down
There" is the second beach front house on the right and it is yellow in
color.
