LuLu's Place. Second Row. Sleeps 9. 4304 Strand Avenue, Live Oak Addn. LuLu's Place is a premium vacation rental for the truly discriminating with its rich tongue-and-groove pine walls and ceilings and gourmet kitchen. The large lodge-like living area includes a gas fireplace, 27 inch color TV with cable, stereo, VCR and CD player. In addition, there are now two private bedrooms with a queen in the master and two pyramids (double on bottom, twin on top) and one twin. Central air and heat and ceiling fans throughout. Two baths up—one with full-size stack washer/dryer. The deck has a covered area, an octagonal sun deck and private dune walkover with gazebo. Large patio down with BBQ, outside shower and large front yard. Sorry, absolutely no pets or smoking.
Directions to house: From Hwy. 87, turn onto Boyt Road, (by big water tower). Follow street to beach front. At beach front, turn right on Strand Avenue. LuLu’s is next to last house on left. Gray in color. Name and address on house.
